Turnaround times can vary based on what your order involves and how many processes it needs to go through. For most of our products, you can generally expect a 2-3 business day turnaround time following proof approval (if applicable).
If your order involves services and finishing that require additional production time (hardcover binding, foil stamping, embossing, etc.), we will go over the details and timelines with you at the time of your order.
If there is a certain deadline you’re trying to meet, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with you on it! -

100# coated (gloss) text

100# coated (gloss) cover
14pt/16pt coated (gloss) cover

While we cannot guarantee that stocks we have not obtained through our supplier will run through our machines, we are generally willing to try your stock as long as it is laser-safe*.
*The exception to this rule is with die-cut label stock, which we are unable to run through our machines.

While we will do everything we can to come as close to your colors as possible, we cannot guarantee a direct color match to RGB or HEX colors. If you need a very consistent color match, we recommend you choose a Pantone (PMS) color that is close to your original colors that we can match to.
RGB and HEX are color systems that are made specifically for digital screens, which are very vibrant and bright by nature. More often than not, these colors (ex. neons) are out of gamut for machines, which utilize CMYK.
If you do not convert your artwork from RGB to CMYK before sending it, it will be converted upon printing on our machines. This will result in colors that are a bit more subdued or muted by comparison. -
If possible, please submit your files as Adobe PDFs. This is one of the most universal and easy-to-work-with files you can provide us.
Other acceptable file types include .AI and .EPS.
While we can work with a .JPG/.PNG, we do ask that you provide these at as high a resolution as possible to ensure your order prints clearly.

Typesetting is what we call graphic design services, and is not included with printing costs.
If you require typesetting/graphic design services, we will go over your project with you in detail to make sure we know exactly what you’re looking for. Once we have all of the necesary information, we’ll provide an estimate for how long we anticipate it will take to make your requested changes/designs, and provide you with a cost estimate.

Yes!
All we ask is that when exporting your document via the “Download” feature, you select “PDF (Print)”, then select the “Printer’s Marks and Bleeds” option.
-
A file is considered “print-ready” if there are no corrections or revisions needed once the file is submitted to us for printing.
More often than not, this will mean that the artwork is sized correctly for what you’re requesting and that you have included appropriate bleed allowance.
If you are unable to provide print-ready artwork, that’s no problem for us. If corrections are needed, we can provide them for an additional charge.
For more information, please see our Print-Ready File Guide.

Our policy is that we require written approval of any artwork that we’ve designed or edited for you. You will always receive a digital proof before we print, and we will not move it to production until we have your authorization.
If you are providing print-ready files for printing, we generally will not provide proofs and will send these directly to production. If you would like to see a proof before we print, please let us know and we’re happy to provide one.
