Large Format Printing

Large Format printing, also known as Wide Format printing, is used to print on a variety of substrates. Large Format printing refers to anything that most standard copiers cannot handle. Usually anything larger than a 13” x 19” sheet.

Large Format printing involves a variety of different materials that you may see around your town. Coroplast yard signs, banners, posters, and even billboard signs are printed on large format printers.

Large Format printing works by taking a printer often referred to as a plotter, and setting up an image digitally to then be printed. Using inkjet heads, markers, or other forms of ink, the plotter takes vector logos and uses the mathematical lines to draw out sharp images onto a variety of substrates.
